To provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all our clients, Coogee Hair Boutique have salon policies in place. Please read our policies to ensure you understand the conditions of your booking and feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
Salon Policies
- 24hr cancellation policy applies to all bookings made at Coogee Hair Boutique. Any cancellations must give at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Any rescheduled, no-show or cancelled appointment within 24hrs of the scheduled time will incur a 100% non-refundable booking fee.
- Any appointment made outside of standard opening hours requires a non-refundable pre-payment of 100% of the service cost.
- Appointments made for keratin treatments require a $50 non-refundable booking fee.
- Late arrival to your appointment may result in us being unable to provide the service.
